General Information
Currently, our resident portal is primarily used for communication with residents, including text and email alerts, service requests, violations, etc.
Monthly invoices are sent from our local accountant at Elevated Tax & Accounting LLC, located in Stow. Invoices are sent via print or email (depending on the resident's personal preference).

How does it all work?
How do I pay my bill?
Statements are mailed monthly (if opted in to receive paper) or emailed electronically (if opted in to receive paperless). Information on how to pay your bill is included on your monthly statement. A link to payment is also provided via email for those opted in to receive statements electronically. Monthly statements are mailed or emailed between the 24-25th of each month.
When is my payment due?
Monthly payment is due by the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th of each month are considered late and are subject to a late fee assessment.
Will I be notified when my monthly statement is available?
If opted in to receive electronic statements, a text message and email will be sent to the phone number and email address we have on file for you to notify you that your statement is available. If opted in to receive paper statements, text messages and email notifications are not sent. Paper statement is mailed and delivered to resident mailboxes and serves as notification.
What are the forms of payment?
Currently, monthly HOA dues can be paid via check, credit/debit card, bank ACH, and Apple Pay.
Are there fees when I pay my bill?
Currently, Locust Grove is absorbing any fees associated, depending on the form of payment you select (ie: credit/debit card, ACH, Apple Pay). You are not responsible for any payment fees assessed. A percentage of any transaction other than personal check is assessed to the Locust Grove as opposed to the resident. The Board is actively monitoring and this is subject to change.
Can I make future payments in advance?
Yes, you can opt to pay up to two months beyond the current month's dues in advance if paying online. If you pay online, please designate the amount you would like to pay (currently, the system allows up to two future payments to be made). If paying by check, please provide a check for the amount you would like to apply to your account (there is no limit on how many months you can pay in advance for this method). Any amount received, in addition to your monthly payment, will be credited to your account.
How do I check my balance?
The Locust Grove EasyHOA online portal is primarily used for communications only and does not include payment information, including current account balances. Because of our partnership with a local bookkeeper, we recommend you keep copies of your statements and receipts for your records. Monthly invoices will include past due amounts, late fee assessments, as well as credits. If needed, please reach out to the Board directly, and we would be happy to review and provide updates as well.
