As we look ahead to 2026, our next open meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025. beginning at 6:00 pm (Stow Police Department, Community Room). We strongly encourage you to attend as we provide important information about 2025 as well as our upcoming 2026 budget and how we will partner up as a community in the days ahead. Fees will not be raised again this year. With that being said, the Board wants full transparency, there will be a small one-time assessment fee to recover funds for unplanned emergency repairs due to our water main break, and additional costs related to extensive damage to several of the garage door headers. Details will be discussed in full at the meeting. Residents are highly encouraged to attend.
